We aim to deliver items withing 14 working days however delivery times do vary for made to order items.
If there is a longer delivery scale this will be stated in the item description.
When you receive your goods, before you sign for the delivery we ask that you check each box to make sure that they have not been damaged in transit. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we are unable to claim from the courier unless it is noted on delivery. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please sign for the item as box damaged in transit, ift he items are signed for as received with no note of damage to the packaging you are accepting the items were delivered in order.
Once the goods have been signed for, they are in your ownership and you are liable for subsequent loss or destruction. Please ensure you check all parts prior to assembly.
Any delivery dates we give are approximate and we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery beyond our control, such as delays from our suppliers or bad weather.
We are sure you will absolutely love your item most of our customers do however if you don't you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a full refund minus the original delivery charge if any. Items need to be returned in the original packaging and in a re saleable condition. Items should not be assembled in any way.
Made to order items or bespoke items cannot be refunded however a replacement will be arranged if your item arrives damaged in transit or on the rare occasion has a fault. A credit note will be issued if the made to order or bespoke item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours and supply us with photographic evidence of any fault/damage, we will endeavour to replace or repair the goods. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given (excluding bespoke made furniture or made to order furniture, in which case a credit note will be issued). This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Damage claims cannot be accepted if the item has been assembled in any way.
We do not mind holding goods that are in stock if you do not wish to have them delivered immediately however if we hold the goods for more than 30 days and you decide to cancel or return the order a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. The maximum we can hold goods for is 90 days from the day of ordering.
